A final cleaning fee is payable upon arrival. The property benefits from a daily cleaning service carried out by 1 member of staff for a total of 4 hours each day. Every Wednesday between 11:00 and 15:00, a midweek cleaning session takes place during which the house is thoroughly cleaned and all bed linen and towels are changed. A dedicated member of staff lives on site and is responsible for the maintenance of the swimming pool, garden, and general upkeep of the property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises, and the house must be returned in the same condition as at check-in, as additional fees may be applied in the event of any discrepancy. Children are warmly welcome at Villa Papiro; however, they must be supervised by an adult at all times when using the pool, sauna, or hammam. Please be aware that there is no safety fence around the pool and no swimming guard is present. It is possible to organise events at the property, and the team is happy to assist with arrangements. An emergency contact number will be provided at check-in, and the on-site team is available to help coordinate a wide range of activities including excursions, boat tours, cooking experiences, and much more.
