This level also includes 1 double bedroom with 2 twin beds that can be joined, air conditioning, and an en suite bathroom with shower. On the first level, the villa offers 1 double bedroom with 2 twin beds that can be joined, 1 double bedroom with a double bed, a master bedroom with a double bed featuring amazing views, automatic blinds, and a large en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi and shower, as well as a fully glazed living room with an armchair. This level is served by 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub. The apartment comprises a small living room with a fridge, a bedroom with 2 twin beds, and an en suite bathroom with shower. The property holds license number 2015007266. Included in the rental price are electricity, water, and gas expenses, garden and pool maintenance, 1 cleaning service upon departure, and an additional cleaning service during the stay for rentals of a minimum of 2 weeks.
