A dedicated laundry room on the same level is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, a second refrigerator, iron and ironing board, and housekeeping supplies. The living area is particularly generous, centred around a large wooden dining table that seats 8 guests, complemented by comfortable sofas and a fireplace. A small WC is conveniently located near the kitchen. On the first floor, 3 double bedrooms are available: the first features a 180x200 cm bed, an en suite bathroom with shower, air conditioning, and wonderful sea views; the second offers a 160x190 cm bed, a bathroom with shower, air conditioning, and beautiful mountain views; the third includes a 180x200 cm bed, a bathroom with hydro-massage shower and bath, air conditioning, a TV with Apple TV, and a private uncovered terrace with stunning sunset and sea views. On the lower floor, accessible from outside, 2 further double bedrooms are available, each with an en suite bathroom with shower; these 2 rooms are connected by an internal door that can be locked with a key. Check-in is available from 15:00 and check-out must be completed by 10:00. Late check-in between 20:00 and 00:00 incurs a surcharge of 120 EUR, while late check-in between 00:00 and 09:00 incurs a surcharge of 180 EUR. The minimum stay is 5 nights, extended to 7 nights during July and August. A security deposit of 3,000 EUR is required and must be provided in the form of a credit card pre-authorisation, meaning the amount is not debited from your card. Additional services available upon request include extra cleaning, extra bed rental, cot, highchair, and a reservations fee. A final cleaning fee of 300 EUR is payable upon arrival.
