The villa also includes 2 bathrooms, both equipped with a shower, ensuring convenience and privacy for all guests. Complementing the private quarters, a lively and welcoming living room provides a warm gathering space, while a fully equipped kitchen meets all culinary needs. The villa sits approximately 70 steps below the main road, accessible via a footpath comprising both pathways and staircases, and benefits from private access to expansive gardens and a private beach, reachable by descending the private steps or alternatively by sea. The gardens are a remarkable natural feature, home to olive trees, lemon trees, tangerine trees, and pomegranate trees, interwoven with species characteristic of the Amalfi Coast, including the carob tree, Opuntia vulgaris, aloe, giant agave, Euphorbia Canariensis, Bougainvillea, stramonium, echeveria, cycas, clematis, euphorbia, hibiscus, and jasmine. A shared swimming pool, reserved exclusively for the use of villa guests, is also available on the property and is equipped with sun loungers, offering what is considered one of the most beautiful views in the world.

A minimum stay of 7 nights applies, with arrivals and departures on Saturdays during high season, while a minimum of 3 nights applies during low season. Upon arrival, a refundable security deposit of 500 euros is required to cover any accidental damages to the property; this amount will be returned prior to departure, less any applicable charges. A city tax of 2.50 euros per person per night is not included in the rental rates and must be settled together with the final balance via bank transfer; please be aware that this amount is subject to change. Additional cleaning services are available at a cost of 250 euros per day. Given that the property is situated approximately 70 steps below the main road, the use of town porters for luggage is strongly recommended. Porter fees are 15 euros per piece from 7 AM to 9 PM, or 20 euros per piece when arriving by boat, and 20 euros per piece from 8 PM to 8 AM, with costs subject to variation.
