The fully equipped kitchen features a fridge, electric stove, dishwasher, toaster, filter coffee machine, and a Nespresso coffee machine, alongside a dedicated dining area. This level also hosts 1 double room with a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower, a second double bedroom with a queen-size bed, a shared bathroom with 2 sinks, and 1 single room. On the lower level, accessible through the garden, there is a further bedroom with twin beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower. The villa's rental includes electricity, water, and gas expenses, garden and pool maintenance, and 1 cleaning service upon departure, with an additional mid-stay cleaning service provided for rentals of a minimum of 2 weeks. Sheets and bath towels are included, with linen changes also provided during the stay for rentals of a minimum of 2 weeks. A security deposit of 2.000 EUR is required. The minimum stay is 4 nights, extended to 7 nights during July and August. Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out must be completed by 10:00. Late check-in between 20:00 and 00:00 is subject to an additional charge, as is late check-in between 00:00 and 09:00. A final cleaning fee of 300 EUR is to be paid on the spot.
