Loud music is not allowed outside the hours predetermined by local authorities for public quiet, and smoking is not permitted inside the property at any time. A security and damage deposit of 1,000 € is required. Guests are expected to return the property in a presentable condition, and the villa's manager or owner reserves the right to reclaim any additional cleaning costs should the property not be left in the above-mentioned state. Included in the rental price are 2 hours of daily maid service, a daily change of bath and pool towels, and a change of linen twice weekly. In accordance with the latest Greek Law Regulations, an extra climate change resilient fee of 10 € per villa, per night is imposed on residents; this fee is not included in the villa rental fee and must be settled prior to check-out.
