The first bedroom on this level is equipped with a French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, along with air conditioning. The second bedroom offers 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, also with air conditioning. The open-plan kitchen on this floor is fully equipped with 1 hot plate, an oven, a dishwasher, 3 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The bathroom facilities on this floor consist of 2 shower rooms each with a bidet and WC, as well as a separate WC.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
