A refundable damage deposit of 3,000 euros is required prior to check-in and will be returned in full within 3 days following the end of the stay, subject to any deductions in the event of accidental damage. A daily cleaning service provided by 2 members of staff for 3 hours per day is included in the rental. A final cleaning fee is payable upon arrival. For stays shorter than one week, an additional fee applies, payable on-site in cash.
