The private swimming pool, measuring 10x6 metres, is the centrepiece of the outdoor leisure area and is heated as a standard inclusion from mid-May to mid-September, ensuring comfortable water temperatures throughout the warmer months. Outside of this period, pool heating is available upon request at an additional hourly rate, with specific technical requirements to bring the water to the minimum temperature of 24 to 25 degrees Celsius. The first floor features a large furnished terrace shared by 2 of the double bedrooms, offering sweeping and unobstructed views of Lake Como, making it an ideal setting for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The private tennis court provides a superb recreational facility within the grounds, while the private mooring at Santa Maria Rezzonico harbour grants guests direct and exclusive access to the lake for boating and water-based activities.

Other Information

Villa Camilla operates on a minimum stay of 1 week, with Saturday as the designated changeover day. Check-in is available from 4pm to 7pm, and checkout is required by 9am. A refundable security deposit of 3000 Euro is collected upon arrival, payable in cash or by credit card, and is returned upon departure less any charges arising from damage to the property.

The rental rate includes a comprehensive range of services designed to ensure an exceptional stay. A dedicated Guest Relations team is available throughout the duration of the stay, offering highly personalised and one-of-a-kind experiences organised by the in-house concierge. Guests are welcomed with a complimentary drink and fresh flowers upon arrival, along with a buffet welcome dinner available for groups of up to 20 people. A cook service is provided for dinner throughout the stay, with suggested menu proposals included and only beverages excluded. The chef also manages all necessary food shopping on behalf of the guests. A cash deposit of 1500 Euro is required upon arrival to cover any additional food-related charges. Daily breakfast service is included, featuring bread, butter, jam, tea, milk, coffee, orange juice, croissants, breakfast cereals, cheese, cold cuts, eggs, and bacon. Daily housekeeping is carried out by 3 members of staff each morning, with the exception of Sundays. Towels are changed daily except on Sundays, bed linen is changed twice weekly, and pool towels are refreshed twice weekly. Final cleaning is included at the end of the stay, as is a daily replenishment of bath products that are not tested on animals. The normal use of water, electricity, air conditioning, heating, and cooking gas is covered within the rental rate, as are garden and pool maintenance throughout the stay.

The villa is distributed across 3 floors plus a dependance. On the ground floor, guests will find a large and bright living room with an open fireplace and windows framing wonderful views of Lake Como, alongside a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. A very spacious playroom of over 85 square metres is also located on this level, featuring table tennis and table football. Upon request, an additional double bedroom with a private bathroom is available adjacent to the playroom. On the first floor, 3 double bedrooms are available: 2 of these feature ensuite bathrooms with a Jacuzzi tub and shower, and both share access to a large furnished terrace with beautiful lake views. The third bedroom on this floor has an ensuite bathroom with a tub and shower and faces the villa garden. On the second floor, a large room with a pool table and lake views is available for guests, accompanied by a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom featuring an extra-large shower and Jacuzzi tub, and a further double bedroom with a tub and shower offering garden views. On the top floor, 3 double bedrooms are available: 2 face the lake and feature ensuite bathrooms with shower, while the third faces the villa garden and includes an ensuite bathroom with a tub and shower. The dependance, available upon request for an additional 2 guests, consists of 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower, presented as a simple and comfortable additional accommodation option.
