A minimum stay of 3 nights applies during low season, while a minimum of 1 week is required during all other periods, with Saturday as the changeover day. The rental rates include daily cleaning for 5 hours a day, 6 days per week, the provision of up to 3 cots, electricity consumption up to 300 kW per week, and 2 sets of bed linens and bath towels. A refundable security deposit of 1,500 euros is required upon arrival and will be returned at departure, subject to any deductions in the event of damage.
