Outside of peak season, it is possible to rent the property for a shorter duration, with flexible arrival and departure days available. A daily cleaning service of 3 hours is included from Monday to Saturday, with a full linen and towel change provided on Saturdays. A security damage deposit of 5,000 euros is required and will be returned within 3 days following the end of the stay, provided no damages have occurred. A final cleaning fee is payable upon arrival. The property features electric gates at the entrance, providing an additional layer of security and ensuring the privacy of all guests throughout their stay. The main living areas are equipped with a fireplace, and suite one also benefits from its own fireplace, adding warmth and atmosphere during cooler evenings. - 100% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to the day of arrival or in the case of no show.
