Check-in is available from 16:00 to 20:00, and check-out must take place between 8:00 and 10:00. Late check-in arrangements are available upon request, with arrivals between 20:00 and 00:00 subject to an additional charge, and arrivals between 00:00 and 09:00 subject to a separate additional charge. A security deposit of 3,000 euros is required upon arrival and will be returned upon departure, less any deductions in the event of damages. The rental price includes electricity, gas, water, garden maintenance, swimming pool upkeep, and one full cleaning service with a change of bed linen and towels per week. A final cleaning fee of 300 euros is payable upon arrival. Optional extras available at an additional charge include a cot, a highchair, and a reservations fee.
