A late check-in service is available between 20:00 and 00:00, and also between 00:00 and 09:00, subject to the applicable surcharge. A security deposit of 2,000 euros is required upon arrival and will be refunded at departure, less any deductions for damages. The rental price includes electricity, gas, water, garden maintenance, swimming pool upkeep, and one cleaning session with a change of bed linen and towels per week. A final cleaning fee is payable upon arrival.
