The ground floor serves as the owner's private residence, featuring a fully separate entrance that keeps the living spaces entirely distinct from the guest areas, allowing the owners to remain on hand to assist with any needs without intruding on your stay.

The first floor is dedicated to 4 of the 5 bedrooms, comprising 3 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom, all served by 2 bathrooms equipped with showers. This floor also features a studio space furnished with a piano, a table, sofas, satellite television, and games, making it an ideal area for relaxation and entertainment.

The second floor, occupying the attic level, is conceived as an open-plan living space that brings together a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, a comfortable sitting area, and a working fireplace that adds warmth and character to the environment. Upon arrival, all guests are kindly required to bring copies of their passports. A security deposit of Euro 600 is payable in euro cash upon arrival and will be returned upon departure, less any charges for damages or unpaid fees.

Regarding additional expenses, electricity and air conditioning usage is included up to a value of Euro 150 per week, with any consumption exceeding this threshold charged at Euro 0.50 per kWh. Heating is charged based on actual consumption. Pets may be accepted upon request at an additional cost of Euro 100 per week.

A range of optional services is available upon request to further enhance your stay. A chef service can be arranged, including on a daily basis if preferred. Cooking classes and wine tasting sessions conducted by a professional sommelier are also offered. Additional maid service is available at Euro 18 per hour, and a cleaning service is carried out every Saturday as standard. For guests staying 2 weeks or more, this weekly cleaning service is provided at no additional charge.
