A security deposit of 2,500.00 EUR is required and must be provided in the form of a credit card pre-authorisation, meaning the amount will not be debited from your card. A final cleaning fee of 300 EUR is to be paid upon arrival. A booking cancellation fee of 100 EUR applies, as does a fee of 100 EUR for changes to confirmed arrangements. In low and mid season, a fee may apply for consumption of heat and electricity above average levels. Guests are kindly requested to dispose of their garbage in the designated containers upon departure, as a road collection service does not exist in Ibiza. Events and gatherings may not be organised on the property without prior approval from the owner or agency. Pets are not permitted, and smoking is not allowed inside the villa. Children are warmly welcome, though they must be supervised by an adult at all times when using the pool or any water facility.
