Villa Roxy is available for a minimum stay of 4 nights, extended to 7 nights during the months of July and August. Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out must be completed by 10:00. Late check-in is available at an additional cost for arrivals between 20:00 and 00:00, or between 00:00 and 09:00, with payment required in cash upon arrival. A security deposit of 2.000 EUR is required. The rental price includes water, electricity, gas, maintenance, pool upkeep, and garden care, as well as 1 complete change of linen per week. A cleaning service is provided on Saturdays with 2 persons for 3 hours and on Tuesdays with 1 person for 2 hours. A final cleaning fee of 300 EUR is to be paid upon arrival. Additional services available at an extra charge include extra cleaning sessions, extra beds, cots, and highchairs. The villa is equipped with air conditioning in 2 of the 4 bedrooms, while ventilation is provided in a further bedroom. A fireplace is present both in the dining room on the main floor and in the upper-floor living room. The fully equipped kitchen on the main floor features a gas stove, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, and all essential appliances. The upper-floor living room is furnished with a sofa, satellite flat-screen TV, DVD player, and audio system, while the dining room on the main floor includes a stereo system. A safe is available in one of the ground-floor bedrooms. The garage also houses an additional washing machine.
