Room 3 also features 2 single beds, air conditioning, and shares the same external bathroom with shower and WC as Room 2. Check-in is available from 16:00 to 20:00, and check-out must take place between 8:00 and 10:00. A late check-in service is available between 20:00 and 00:00, and also between 00:00 and 09:00, both subject to prior arrangement and payable in cash upon arrival. The minimum stay requirement is 5 nights, extended to 7 nights during the months of July and August. The rental rates include bed and household linens, a weekly change of linen and towels, electricity, water, gas, weekly house cleaning, and pool and garden maintenance.
