Other Information

Villa Sharon operates under a minimum stay requirement of 7 nights. Check-in is available from 16:00 to 20:00, and check-out must take place between 8:00 and 10:00. A late check-in service is available upon prior arrangement, with a surcharge applicable for arrivals between 20:00 and 00:00, and a further surcharge for arrivals between 00:00 and 09:00. The rates include bed and household linens, electricity, water, gas, as well as pool and garden maintenance. A final cleaning fee is to be paid upon arrival. Please be aware that in low and mid-season, an additional fee may apply if consumption of heating and electricity exceeds average levels. A security deposit of 2,000 EUR is required and must be provided in the form of a credit card pre-authorization, with the amount not debited in advance. Children are welcome at the property and must be supervised by an adult at all times when using the pool or any water facilities. Upon departure, guests are kindly requested to dispose of their garbage bags in the designated containers, as a door-to-door garbage collection service does not exist in Ibiza. A number of additional services are available upon request and are not included in the rates, such as a baby cot, cancellation insurance, chef services, childcare and babysitting, a driver, an extra bed, extra changes of bed linen, extra hours of housekeeping, a high chair, and linens and towels cleaning upon departure. The tourism development tax is also not included in the rates.
