Villa Perla is a beautifully appointed luxury villa accommodating up to 8 guests across 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, thoughtfully distributed over multiple floors to ensure both comfort and privacy. On the ground floor, a large and luminous living room serves as the heart of the property, featuring elegant sofas and armchairs, a working fireplace, and a dining area with table and chairs. Sliding glass doors open directly onto a terrace that frames magnificent views of the lake and the surrounding mountains. The fully equipped kitchen adjoins this space and includes an electric induction stove, an electric oven, an espresso machine, and further appliances to meet every culinary need.

The first floor hosts 2 double bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed measuring 180x200 cm and a wardrobe. The first bedroom benefits from a private en-suite bathroom with shower and direct access to a terrace overlooking the lake. The second double bedroom also enjoys access to a terrace with lake views and makes use of the shared bathroom located in the corridor, which is fitted with a Jacuzzi bathtub and offers its own magnificent lake view.

The master suite is situated on the third floor and features a double bed measuring 180x200 cm, a walk-in wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom with shower.
