The villa welcomes children, who must be supervised by an adult at all times when using the swimming pool. Please be aware that there is no safety fence around the pool and no swimming guard on duty. Smoking is not permitted inside the house, and the organisation of events on the property requires prior approval. The house must be returned in the same condition as at check-in, as fees may be charged in the event of damages. Check-in is from 17:00 and check-out is by 10:00. A security deposit of 1,000 euros is required upon arrival and will be returned upon departure, less any charges in the case of damages. Included in the rental rates are bed and household linens, pool towels, electricity, water, gas, Internet Wi-Fi, and concierge service and assistance. For stays of 9 nights or more, a mid-stay cleaning check-up is carried out, including a change of towels and sheets. Items not included in the rates are airport transfer, cancellation insurance, and a cot with high chair. The property is fully equipped with a hair dryer, DVD player, and a fully equipped kitchen. A dining room with dining table is available indoors for meals. The staff speaks English.

- the percentage of the total rental amount paid at the time of the booking as initial deposit if the cancellation is made from the booking time to 46 days before the start of the rental period;
- 100% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to the day of arrival or in the case of no show.
