Please note that the pool is not equipped with a safety fence and has no swimming guard, and guests are kindly asked to take this into consideration. Deckchairs are available poolside for sunbathing and unwinding in complete privacy. The garden also features a second outdoor dining table, creating a wonderful setting for al fresco meals, barbecue gatherings with family and friends, and peaceful moments of rest immersed in the quiet of nature. A minimum stay of 4 nights is required, which extends to 7 nights during the period from 27 June to 4 September. From 18 July to 21 August, the changeover day is Saturday. Check-in is available from 16:00 and check-out must be completed by 10:00. A late check-in from 8pm is available upon request and is subject to an additional fee per stay. A security deposit of 3,000.00 EUR is required and must be provided in the form of a credit card pre-authorization, meaning the amount is not debited from the card. The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items, which will be added to the final bill. A final cleaning fee applies and is not included in the rental rate. Included in the rates are bed and household linens, a cleaning service of 3 hours per week, weekly cleaning, electricity, water, gas, and the tourism development tax. In low and mid-season, a fee may apply if consumption of heat and electricity exceeds the average. Air conditioning is available in all 6 bedrooms across the main house and the guesthouse. Children are welcome at the property. Pets are not permitted. Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Guests are kindly requested to dispose of garbage bags in the designated containers when leaving the property, as a door-to-door garbage collection service does not exist in Ibiza. It is not permitted to organise events at the property without prior approval. The house must be returned in the same condition as at check-in, and fees may be charged if this condition is not met. Running water in some houses in Ibiza may be slightly salty, and this percentage may increase during peak tourist season. An emergency contact will be provided at check-in, and the team is available to assist with a range of activities including excursions, boat tours, cooking experiences, and much more. - the percentage of the total rental amount paid at the time of the booking as initial deposit if the cancellation is made from the booking time to 46 days before the start of the rental period;
- 100% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to the day of arrival or in the case of no show.
