Villa Cave operates with a minimum stay requirement of 7 nights, with Saturday as the designated changeover day. Check-in is available from 16:00 and check-out must be completed by 10:00. A security deposit of 5,000.00 euros is required and must be provided in the form of a credit card pre-authorisation, meaning the amount is not debited from your card. Please note that the reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items, which will be added to your final bill. Children are warmly welcomed at the property, though they must be supervised by an adult at all times when using the pool or any other water facilities. Smoking is not permitted inside the house, and the organisation of events on the property requires prior approval from the owner. There is no safety fence around the pool, and no swimming guard is present. Pets are permitted subject to acceptance by the owner. In low and mid-season, a fee may apply if consumption of heat and electricity exceeds average levels. Guests are kindly requested to deposit their garbage bags in the designated containers upon departure, as a door-to-door garbage collection service does not exist in Ibiza. Please be aware that the running water in some houses in Ibiza is slightly salty, and this percentage may increase during peak tourist season. The property must be returned in the same condition as at check-in, as additional fees may otherwise be charged. The staff speaks both English and Spanish, and an emergency contact number will be provided at check-in.
