Villa Castiglioni is registered under licence number 2013015843. Check-in time is from 16:00 and check-out time is by 10:00. A late check-in service is available, with an additional charge applying for arrivals between 20:00 and midnight, and a separate charge for arrivals between 00:00 and 09:00, subject to prior agreement. A security deposit of 2,000 EUR is required and must be paid in the form of a credit card pre-authorization, meaning the amount is not debited from your card. A final cleaning fee of 300 EUR is to be paid upon arrival. The rates include gas, water, electricity, final cleaning, tourist tax, daily change of bed linens and bath towels, daily housekeeping except on Sundays and holidays, a welcome basket, garden maintenance, and Internet WiFi. Bed and household linens are included, with sheets and towels changed once a week as standard. Optional services available at an additional cost include a baby cot, extra bed, high chair, chef, childcare and babysitting, and a driver. Tourism development tax is not included in the rates. A minimum stay of 7 nights applies, with Saturday as the changeover day during June, July, and August. In low and mid season, a fee may apply if consumption of heat and electricity is higher than average. Pets are welcome subject to acceptance by the owner. Children are welcome, and must be supervised by an adult at all times when using the pool. Please note that there is no safety fence around the pool and no swimming guard is present. Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Guests are kindly requested to drop off their garbage bags in the designated containers upon departure, as a door-to-door garbage collection service does not exist in Ibiza. It is not permitted to organise events at the property without prior approval. The house must be returned in the same condition as at check-in, as additional fees may otherwise be charged. Running water in some houses in Ibiza may be slightly salty, and this percentage may increase during peak tourist season. The villa is equipped with a washing machine and dryer located in the laundry room on the ground floor, as well as a guest toilet with WC on the same level. The first floor features a small lounge area with a TV and sofa. Staff members speak English, French, and Spanish. An emergency contact will be provided at check-in, and the team is available to assist with a wide range of activities including excursions, boat tours, cooking experiences, and much more.
