The double bedroom on the second floor also benefits from its own small private terrace, offering an intimate outdoor space for personal use. The first of these bedrooms features a queen size bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower, while the second is fitted with 2 single beds and an en-suite bathroom with both shower and tub. On the second floor, you will find an ample master bedroom with a queen size bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower, as well as a double bedroom with 2 single beds, an en-suite bathroom with shower, and a small private terrace. This floor also includes a guest bathroom and a large living and dining room with direct access to the terrace. The living room is equipped with a fixed "Bose" sound system and a portable "Bowers & Wilkins" Bluetooth speaker, a television, a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a laundry room. On the third floor, the master bedroom features a queen size bed, a safe, a TV, and an en-suite bathroom with both tub and shower. A minimum stay of 3 to 4 days applies, with a minimum of 1 week required during July and August, with Saturday as the changeover day. A refundable damage deposit of 5,000 euros is required and will be returned in full within 3 days after the end of the stay, less any charges in the event of accidental damage. A final cleaning fee is payable upon arrival.
