A security deposit of 5,000 euros is required and must be provided in the form of a credit card pre-authorisation, meaning the amount is not debited from your card. A final cleaning fee applies and is to be paid upon arrival. The rental rates include a daily cleaning service requiring 3 hours, every day except Sunday, as well as the provision of electricity, water, and gas. Towels are changed twice per week. The villa sleeps guests across 5 bedrooms configured as follows: 1 double master room with an en-suite bathroom and an extra bed, 1 double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and 3 further bedrooms served by external bathrooms. An emergency contact number will be provided at check-in, and the hosting team is available to assist with a wide range of activities including excursions, boat tours, cooking experiences, and much more.
