Bedroom 2 is situated on the first floor and features twin beds, a safe, a shared bathroom, and access to a 70m2 terrace. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are located in Casita 1, with twin beds and a queen-size bed respectively, each with a safe, a private terrace overlooking the garden and pool area, a Balinese bed outside, and a shared living room area with a sofa and fridge. Bedrooms 5 and 6 are located in Casita 2, with twin beds and a queen-size bed respectively, each with a safe, a private terrace overlooking the garden and pool area, a Balinese bed outside, and a living room area with a sofa and fridge shared between the two rooms. The property is further completed by 2 fully equipped kitchens and a laundry room. A dedicated housekeeper is included in the rates for 8 hours daily, providing domestic services every day except Sundays. A security guard is on duty for 7 hours per night during July and August. The minimum stay is 7 nights, with Saturday as the changeover day. Check-in is available from 16:00, and check-out must be completed by 10:00. A security deposit of 5,000 euros is required and must be provided in the form of a credit card pre-authorisation, with the amount not debited from your card.
