A security deposit of 10,000 EUR is required and is collected exclusively via credit card pre-authorisation, meaning the amount is not debited from the card. Check-in is available from 16:00, and check-out must be completed by 10:00. A professional housekeeping service is included for 6 hours per day, Monday through Saturday, with towels and linen changed twice per week. A final cleaning fee is payable upon arrival. The property is equipped with air conditioning in all bedrooms, a fully appointed gym room, and a dedicated laundry space to meet every practical need during an extended stay. Wheelchair access is available at the property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises. Children are warmly welcome, though they must be supervised by an adult at all times when using the pool or any water facility. Please be aware that there is no safety fence around the pool and no swimming guard on duty. Events and gatherings may not be organised at the property without prior approval. The house must be returned in the same condition as at check-in, and additional fees may be applied should this condition not be met.
