Villa Bacio operates with a check-in time of 16:00 and a check-out time of 10:00. A late check-in service is available upon request, with an additional charge applicable for arrivals between 20:00 and midnight, and a separate rate for arrivals between 00:00 and 09:00. A security deposit of 6,000 EUR is required and must be provided in the form of a credit card pre-authorization, meaning the amount is not debited from your card. A final cleaning fee is payable upon arrival. The rates include bed and household linens, electricity, water, gas, Internet WiFi, and a weekly change of linens and towels for stays of a minimum of 2 weeks, as well as weekly house cleaning for stays of 2 weeks or more. Services not included in the rates are airport transfers, baby cot rental, chef services, childcare and babysitting, driver services, extra bed rental, high chair rental, linen and towel cleaning upon departure, and the tourism development tax. Children are warmly welcome at the property; however, they must be supervised by an adult at all times when using the pool. Please note that there is no safety fence around the pool and no swimming guard on duty. The property is strictly non-smoking. In low and mid season, a fee may apply if consumption of heat and electricity exceeds average levels. Running water in some houses in Ibiza may be slightly salty, and this percentage may increase during peak tourist season. Guests are kindly requested to dispose of their garbage bags in the designated containers upon departure, as a door-to-door garbage collection service does not exist in Ibiza. The organisation of events on the property is not permitted without prior approval. The house must be returned in the same condition as at check-in, and additional fees may be charged should this not be the case. The team is available via an emergency contact number provided at check-in and is happy to assist with a wide range of activities including excursions, boat tours, cooking experiences, and much more.
