The rates include bed and household linens, a change of linen twice per week, daily house cleaning, electricity, water, gas, pool towels, a selection of bath products, and a welcome hamper. A security deposit of 3,000.00 EUR is required and must be provided in the form of a credit card pre-authorization, meaning the amount is not debited from the card. Events may not be organised on the property without prior approval. The running water in some houses in Ibiza may be slightly salty, and this percentage may increase during peak tourist season. In low and mid season, a fee may apply if consumption of heat and electricity exceeds the average. The house must be returned in the same condition as at check-in, and additional fees may be charged otherwise. Staff members speak English and Spanish.
