Villa Lola operates with a check-in time from 16:00 and a check-out time of 10:00. A late check-in service is available between 20:00 and 00:00, and also between 00:00 and 09:00, should your arrival fall outside standard hours. A security deposit of 3,000 EUR is required and must be provided in the form of a credit card pre-authorisation, meaning the amount is not debited from your card. A final cleaning fee is payable upon arrival. The rates include bed and household linens, use of the car park, a change of linen 3 times per week, electricity, water, gas, housekeeping for 4 hours per day except on Sundays and public holidays, and internet WiFi. Services available at an additional cost include a baby cot, extra bed, high chair, chef, childcare and babysitting, driver, housecleaning upon departure, late check-in, and the tourism development tax. Pets are considered upon request. Smoking is strictly not permitted inside the house. Children are welcome, though they must be supervised by an adult at all times when using the pool or any water feature. Events and gatherings may not be organised on the property without prior approval. Guests are kindly requested to deposit garbage bags in the designated containers upon departure, as a door-to-door collection service does not exist in Ibiza. The house must be returned in the same condition as at check-in, as additional fees may otherwise be charged. In low and mid season, a fee may apply if consumption of heat and electricity exceeds the average threshold. It is worth noting that the running water in some houses in Ibiza is slightly salty, and this percentage may increase during peak tourist season. A laundry room and a guest toilet are also available within the property, along with an automatic entrance door for added security and convenience. The villa staff speak English, French, and Spanish.
