On the first floor, a comfortable living room with a sofa and television provides access to 2 bedrooms, one double bedroom with air conditioning and one bedroom with two twin beds, as well as an additional double bedroom with air conditioning. The second floor hosts 2 double bedrooms, each equipped with a sofa and a safe, along with access to a private terrace. One of these rooms also includes a television and sea views. On the lower floor, a twin bedroom with air conditioning is accompanied by a gym. On the opposite side of this level, a self-contained dependance includes a lounge area, a kitchenette, air conditioning, and a double bedroom with direct garden access. Completing the property is an annexe comprising a small office, a double bedroom, and a bathroom, which serves as an ideal space for a couple or as staff accommodation. All bed and household linens are included in the rental rate, with a change of linen provided every 4 days. Daily housekeeping is provided for 6 hours per day from Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Electricity, water, and gas are included, as are garden maintenance and pool maintenance. Services not included in the rate are extra housekeeping hours, the services of an in-house chef, late check-in from 8pm, and the tourism development tax. Check-in is available from 16:00 and check-out must be completed by 11:00. A security deposit of 3,000.00 EUR is required and must be paid by credit card pre-authorization, with the amount not debited from the card. A final cleaning fee is payable upon arrival. The property must be returned in the same condition as at check-in, and additional fees may be charged should this condition not be met. Smoking is not permitted inside the house, and pets are not allowed. Events may not be organised on the property without prior approval. Children are welcome, though they must be supervised by an adult at all times when using the pool. Please be aware that there is no safety fence around the pool and no swimming guard is present. The staff speaks both English and Spanish. An emergency contact number will be provided at check-in, and the team is available to assist with a wide range of activities including excursions, boat tours, cooking experiences, and much more.

- 100% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to the day of arrival or in the case of no show.
