Villa West Coast accommodates up to 12 guests across 6 bedrooms, of which 4 are equipped with a television. The bathroom facilities are located outside the bedrooms and are shared among guests. In terms of bedroom configuration, 3 rooms offer direct terrace access, comprising 1 room with a double bed and 2 rooms with twin beds. Of the remaining bedrooms, 2 are furnished with twin beds, and the final bedroom contains 2 twin beds plus an additional single bed. Check-in is available from 16:00 and check-out is required by 10:00. A security deposit of 6,000.00 EUR is required and must be provided in the form of a credit card pre-authorisation, meaning the amount is not debited from your card. A final cleaning fee of 250 EUR is payable upon arrival. Included in the rental rates are bed and household linens, a change of towels twice weekly, daily housekeeping services excluding Sundays and public holidays, electricity, water, gas, and Internet WiFi. Sheets and towels are changed once a week. Additional services available at a supplementary cost include a baby cot, extra bed, high chair, chef, childcare and babysitting, driver, housecleaning upon departure for stays of a minimum of 2 weeks, and late check-in, with late check-in from 8pm subject to a separate rate. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Events may not be organised on the property without prior approval. Children are welcome, though they must be supervised by an adult at all times when using the pool or any similar facilities. Please be aware that there is no safety fence around the pool and no swimming guard is present. Guests are kindly requested to dispose of their garbage bags in the designated containers upon departure, as a door-to-door garbage collection service does not exist in Ibiza. Running water in some properties in Ibiza may be slightly salty, and this may increase during peak tourist season. In low and mid season, additional charges may apply should consumption of heat and electricity exceed the average threshold. The property must be returned in the same condition as at check-in, and fees may be charged in the event of any discrepancy. The house must be left in the same state as upon arrival. Staff members speak English, French, and Spanish. An emergency contact number will be provided at check-in, and the team is available to assist with a wide range of activities including excursions, boat tours, cooking experiences, and much more.

- 100% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to the day of arrival or in the case of no show.
