The spacious main living area features a television, a dining zone, and a fully equipped kitchen, with direct access to the outdoor lounge. Check-in is available from 16:00 and check-out is required by 10:00. Late check-in between 20:00 and 00:00 incurs an additional charge, as does late check-in between 00:00 and 09:00. A security deposit of 3,000.00 EUR is required and must be provided in the form of a credit card pre-authorization, meaning the amount is not debited from your card. A final cleaning fee of 300 EUR is payable upon arrival. Included in the rental rates are bed and household linens, electricity, water, gas, garden maintenance, housecleaning upon departure, housekeeping for 4 hours per day except on Sundays and public holidays, pool maintenance, and a weekly change of linens and towels for stays of a minimum of 2 weeks. Services available at an additional cost include a baby cot, childcare and babysitting, an extra bed, a high chair, additional house cleaning per hour, an in-house chef, laundry service, and linens and towels cleaning upon departure. Children are warmly welcome at the property; however, they must be supervised by an adult at all times when using the pool. Please be aware that there is no safety fence around the pool and no swimming guard is present. Smoking is not permitted inside the house, and the organisation of events on the property requires prior approval. Guests are kindly requested to dispose of garbage bags in the designated containers upon departure, as a door-to-door collection service does not exist in Ibiza. In low and mid season, a fee may apply if consumption of heat and electricity exceeds the average threshold. Please note that the running water in some houses in Ibiza may be slightly salty, and this percentage may increase during peak tourist season. The property must be returned in the same condition as at check-in, as additional fees may otherwise be charged. The staff speaks English, French, and Spanish. An emergency contact will be provided at check-in, and the team is available to assist with a wide range of activities including excursions, boat tours, cooking experiences, and much more.
