Check-in at Villa Horses is from 12:00 and check-out is by 16:00. A security deposit of 3,000.00 EUR is required and must be provided in the form of a credit card pre-authorization, meaning the amount is not debited from your card.

Pets are not permitted at the property. Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Children are welcome, though they must be supervised by an adult at all times when using the hot tub, pool, sauna, or hammam. Please be aware that there is no safety fence around the pool and the pool has no swimming guard. The organisation of events on the property is not permitted without prior approval. Upon departure, the property must be returned in the same condition as at check-in, as additional fees may be charged in the event of any discrepancy.

The villa's staff speak both English and Spanish and are available via an emergency contact number provided at check-in. The team is also on hand to assist with a wide range of activities and experiences, including excursions, boat tours, cooking experiences, and much more.
