On the ground floor, the spacious and modern living room serves as the heart of the home, featuring a fireplace, comfortable sofas, and a television, creating an ideal space for relaxation and shared moments. At the same level, 1 of the 2 fully equipped kitchens is available, complete with a large fridge, microwave, and all the essentials needed to prepare meals. Also on the ground floor, the Master bedroom offers a double bed alongside a four-poster double bed, and benefits from an en suite bathroom with a bathtub and air conditioning.

On the first floor, 3 additional bedrooms are available, each with its own en suite bathroom and air conditioning. 2 of these rooms feature double beds, while the third is fitted with 2 twin beds and enjoys direct access to the pool and garden areas. On the top floor, the attic level hosts 2 further bedrooms, each with a double bed, a private bathroom, and air conditioning. This floor can be separated from the rest of the villa and functions independently, featuring its own kitchen and a charming private terrace with direct access to the pool. The ground floor also opens onto a spacious garden with mature trees and a terrace hosting a private infinity pool measuring 10x5 metres, complete with sunbeds for leisurely relaxation. A covered terrace with a table and seating for 14 completes the outdoor living experience, making the villa perfectly suited for families and groups of friends.

Villa Arch is named and managed with a dedicated team whose staff speak both English and Spanish, ensuring clear and attentive communication throughout your stay. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00. A security deposit of 2,000.00 EUR is required, to be provided in the form of a credit card pre-authorization, meaning the amount is not debited from your card.

Included in the rental rates are bed and household linens, daily housekeeping except on Sundays and holidays, electricity, water, gas, gardener service, and housekeeper assistance. A maid service is provided daily for 8 hours, excluding Sundays. A parking area is available within the property. Services not included in the rates, such as a birthday dinner or any other party arrangement, are available at an additional cost of 30.00 EUR per person.

Regarding house rules, children are welcome at the villa, though they must be supervised by an adult at all times when using the pool or hot tub. Please be aware that there is no safety fence around the pool and no swimming guard on duty. Smoking is not permitted inside the house, and pets are not allowed. The organisation of events within the property requires prior approval. The villa must be returned in the same condition as at check-in, as additional fees may otherwise be charged. An emergency contact will be provided at check-in, and the team is available to assist with a wide range of activities including excursions, boat tours, cooking experiences, and much more.
