Of the 4 bedrooms, 2 are larger double rooms each measuring 28 square metres, while the remaining 2 rooms each measure 22 square metres. One of these smaller rooms is furnished with a double bed, and the other features 2 single beds that can be joined together upon request. All 4 bedrooms are appointed with a hairdryer, telephone, laptop-size safe, portable Bose mini speakers, bathrobes, toiletry products, international plug sockets with USB connections, a torch, and one set of GHD straighteners, ensuring a hotel-quality experience throughout your stay.

A tennis court with racquets and balls is accessible in close proximity to the villa and is included in the rental rates.

A range of optional services is available to enhance your stay. A catering service offering full board, including daily breakfast and lunch or dinner for 6 nights with all drinks included, can be arranged. A grocery delivery service is available for a fee of 50.00 EUR per delivery, and villa pre-stocking starts from 50.00 EUR per delivery. Guests may also request a private chef for an exclusive dinner at the villa, subject to prior booking, with rates starting from 75 euros per guest with a minimum of 8 guests. Breakfast, chef services, and full board are not included in the standard rates. An extra bed for guests up to 12 years of age is available at an additional cost of 50.00 EUR per night.

Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 11:00. A security deposit of 2,000.00 EUR is required and is collected via credit card pre-authorisation, meaning the amount is not debited from your card. Children are welcome at the property and must be supervised by an adult at all times when using the hot tub, pool, sauna, or hammam. Please note that there is no safety fence around the pool and no swimming guard on duty. Pets are not permitted, and smoking is not allowed inside the house. Events or gatherings may not be organised on the property without prior approval. The property must be returned in the same condition as at check-in, and additional fees may be charged in the event of any discrepancy. The villa staff speak English and Spanish.
