The ground floor is accessible through a charming patio featuring an outdoor dining area, and offers stunning views of the mountain chain. This level comprises a spacious entrance hall, 2 generous lounges furnished with sofas, fireplaces, and satellite television, as well as a dedicated dining room with table and chairs. The modern, fully equipped kitchen incorporates a second dining area, while a utility room and a study with a fireplace complete this floor.

On the first floor, all 5 sleeping rooms are found, each elegantly furnished, bright, and spacious, featuring double beds with canopy. 3 of the bedrooms benefit from private en suite bathrooms, while the remaining 2 share a large bathroom. All 5 bathrooms are equipped with shower and toilet.

Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00. A security deposit of 500.00 EUR is required and must be provided in the form of a credit card pre-authorization, meaning the amount is not debited from your card.

The following are included in the rental rates: bed and household linens, electricity, water, gas, and pool towels. The following services are available at an additional cost: housecleaning upon departure at 400.00 EUR, extra bed at 50.00 EUR per guest per night, a housekeeper at 18.00 EUR per hour, childcare and babysitting at 18.00 EUR per hour, cost of food at 18.00 EUR per hour, and a pet fee of 10.00 EUR per day.

Regarding house rules, children are welcome at the property. Pets are considered upon request. Smoking is not permitted inside the house. The organisation of events on the property requires prior approval. Please be aware that there is no safety fence around the pool and no swimming guard is present. The property must be returned in the same condition as at check-in, and additional fees may be charged should this condition not be met.

The staff speaks English, Spanish, and German. An emergency contact will be provided at check-in, and assistance is available for a range of activities including excursions, boat tours, and cooking experiences, among others.
