Each of the 5 bedrooms is bright and well-appointed, featuring 2 single beds, high-quality linen, air conditioning, a dressing room, and a private en-suite bathroom. Select bedrooms are further enhanced with a television, a personal safe, and a dedicated office area complete with a desk and chair.

On the first floor, a large open-plan space brings together the main living areas of the villa, incorporating a comfortable living room with sofas, a television, and a fireplace, alongside a dining area with a table and chairs and a fully equipped kitchen. A second lounge on the same floor is dedicated to entertainment, featuring a cinema setup with a 4K projector screen as well as a pool table for leisurely evenings indoors.

The outdoor spaces are thoughtfully developed around a pergola and a heated saltwater pool measuring 10 x 4.7 metres with a depth of 180 cm. A large wooden deck furnished with sunbeds, an outdoor shower, and a barbecue area with a wood oven create an ideal setting for alfresco dining and relaxed gatherings. For both adults and children, recreational facilities include a table tennis table, a basketball hoop, and a tennis court shared with the adjacent Villa Bajenèa. Please be aware that there is no safety fence around the pool and no swimming guard on duty.
