Each of the 5 bedrooms features 2 twin beds, a private bathroom, air conditioning, a dressing room, and underfloor heating. 4 of the 5 bedrooms also benefit from a private balcony, while 1 room includes a dedicated office area with a desk and chairs.

The main living area welcomes you with comfortable sofas and a fully equipped kitchen alongside a dining area with table and chairs, all within the same open-plan space. A separate lounge room is dedicated to entertainment, featuring a TV room and a pool table, offering guests an additional area to unwind.

Outside, the villa extends into a generous outdoor environment surrounded by nature. A heated saltwater swimming pool measuring 10.5x4.70 metres and 1.60 metres deep is complemented by a wooden terrace with sunbeds, umbrellas, a Balinese bed, and a chill-out area ideal for relaxing. The surrounding estate spans 20 hectares of vineyard and Mediterranean gardens, offering guests the opportunity to enjoy walks, bike tours, and hiking in the natural surroundings, with beach access also nearby.

Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00. A security deposit of 2,000.00 EUR is required. The property operates with staff fluent in English and Spanish, and an emergency contact will be provided at check-in. The team is available to assist with a wide range of activities including excursions, boat tours, and cooking experiences.

Regarding house rules, children are welcome at the property and must be supervised by an adult at all times when using the pool. Please be aware that there is no safety fence around the pool and no swimming guard on duty. Smoking is not permitted inside the house, and pets are not allowed. Events or gatherings may not be organised on the property without prior approval. The property must be returned in the same condition as at check-in, and additional fees may be charged if this condition is not met.
