The rental rates include bed and household linens, electricity, water, gas, housecleaning upon departure, Internet WiFi, and a housekeeping service of 3 hours every two days. A chef service is also included in the rates. Additional services available upon request include massages, private chef arrangements beyond the included service, babysitting, excursions, boat tours, cooking experiences, and airport transfers, all of which can be organised to personalise the stay. The staff speaks Spanish, and an emergency contact number is provided at check-in to ensure assistance is always available. Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. A security deposit of 3,000 EUR is required and must be provided in the form of a credit card pre-authorisation, meaning the amount is not debited from the card. A tourist tax of 2 EUR per person per night applies. Regarding house rules, smoking is not permitted inside the property, and the organisation of events on the premises requires prior approval.
