The first bedroom features 1 double bed measuring 150 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with a window looking out onto the courtyard and a fan to ensure comfortable airflow. The second bedroom is equipped with 1 set of bunk beds configured as 1 x 2, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, also complemented by a fan. The living and dining area is generously sized and flows naturally into a large, open kitchen fitted with a dining table, making it an ideal space for shared meals and relaxed evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The bathroom features a shower and WC, and there is an additional separate WC. The apartment also benefits from direct access to a private patio and a large terrace of 20 m2, furnished for outdoor enjoyment and offering a beautiful view of the sea.
