This level also includes 2 shower rooms with WC.
The upper floor opens onto an entrance hall with air conditioning and houses all 5 bedrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with 1 french bed measuring 180 cm by 200 cm and is equipped with a fan. The second and third bedrooms each feature 1 french bed of the same dimensions, 180 cm by 200 cm, and are also equipped with fans, with direct access to a balcony. A walk-through bedroom offers 1 french bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm. The fifth bedroom is the most generously appointed, featuring 1 sofabed measuring 90 cm by 190 cm and 1 french bed measuring 180 cm by 200 cm, a private shower room with WC, a satellite TV, and air conditioning, with direct access to the terrace and the swimming pool.
