The ground floor further hosts 1 bedroom fitted with a French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, accompanied by a private bathroom with both a bath and shower. A second bedroom on the same level features a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. A separate WC completes the ground floor facilities. On the upper floor, 2 additional bedrooms are available, each furnished with a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and each offering direct access to a private balcony. A shower room and a separate WC serve the upper floor. Both levels benefit from forced-air heating throughout.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
