The property underwent a complete renovation in 2024 and features practical yet comfortable furnishings throughout, creating an inviting atmosphere suited to families and groups alike.
The living and dining area serves as the heart of the home, furnished with a dining table and a flat screen television with satellite and digital TV connectivity, as well as a DVD player. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering stays and opens directly onto the living space, ensuring a sociable and functional layout.
The first bedroom is a double room featuring 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and benefits from its own private shower and WC. The remaining 3 bedrooms are each configured with 2 single beds of the same dimensions, 90 cm by 200 cm, offering consistent comfort across all sleeping areas. One of the rooms is a walk-through room equipped with air conditioning and forced-air heating. The second bathroom, also fitted with a shower and WC, serves the remaining bedrooms. It should be noted that heating is not available in all rooms of the property.
