The first 2 bedrooms are double rooms, each furnished with 1 French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and each is equipped with a private bathroom featuring a shower, bidet, WC, and double hand-basin. The third bedroom is configured with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and is equally appointed with a shower, bidet, WC, and double hand-basin, as well as direct access to the patio. The living and dining room is a welcoming communal space furnished with great comfort and style, offering access to the patio and featuring a flat screen television with satellite connection and international TV channels. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and includes a cooking island, oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, a gas stove, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Capsules for the L'or Barista coffee machine are available as an extra. A separate WC completes the layout. Natural stone floors run throughout the villa, adding an elegant and refined character to the entire living space.
