This floor is further completed by a full bathroom with bath, shower, and WC, as well as a separate WC. The open-plan kitchen is thoughtfully integrated into the living space and is fully equipped for comfortable self-catering. On the lower ground floor, 3 additional bedrooms are arranged to offer privacy and comfort.
