On the main level, you will find a spacious open living and dining room bathed in natural light, complete with a Scandinavian wood stove and a flat screen digital television. From this area, you have direct access to both the balcony and the terrace. A small open lounge of 12 m2 provides an additional relaxing space. Also on this floor, 1 bedroom of 12 m2 is furnished with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The large open kitchen is fully equipped and features an oven, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, and a dishwasher. A bathroom with WC completes the main level. On the lower ground floor, a freezer is available for additional storage.
The upper floor hosts 3 further bedrooms. The first is a large room of 20 m2 furnished with 1 French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The second bedroom of 12 m2 features sloping ceilings and a double bed composed of 2 mattresses each measuring 80 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The third bedroom of 10 m2, also with sloping ceilings, is furnished with a French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. A shower room with WC serves this floor.
