The living room is comfortably furnished and features a sofabed, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for guests. From the living room, you have direct access to a balcony of 4 m2, equipped with balcony furniture and deck chairs for outdoor relaxation. The first bedroom is fitted with a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and also benefits from its own exit to the balcony. The second bedroom contains 3 single beds, each 90 cm wide and 200 cm in length, and likewise opens onto a small balcony of 2 m2. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and includes an oven, a gas stove with 3 gas rings, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and a combination microwave, all complemented by a dining table for shared meals. The bathroom is complete with a bath, bidet, and WC.
