This vacation rental is a well-appointed 3-room apartment of 62 m2, situated on the 1st floor, and accommodates a maximum of 5 guests across 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The living room is comfortably furnished and features a sofabed, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for guests. From the living room, you have direct access to a balcony of 4 m2, equipped with balcony furniture and deck chairs for outdoor relaxation. The first bedroom is fitted with a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and also benefits from its own exit to the balcony. The second bedroom contains 3 single beds, each 90 cm wide and 200 cm in length, and likewise opens onto a small balcony of 2 m2. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and includes an oven, a gas stove with 3 gas rings, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and a combination microwave, all complemented by a dining table for shared meals. The bathroom is complete with a bath, bidet, and WC.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
