Located just 4 km uphill from Varenna, the estate spans 60 acres of uniquely beautiful landscape, enriched with olive groves and rose bushes.
Robilant provides a total of 52 beds, with the possibility of hosting up to 70 guests using extra beds on request. The accommodations—ranging from 2-, 4-, 6-, and 8-bed units—are grouped into four main categories:
Village Units – highlighted in blue on the layout
Poolside Units – highlighted in yellow
Restaurant Area Units – highlighted in dark purple
Rossa and Selva Villas – two independent, private accommodations
The estate features three swimming pools:
A private pool for Casa Rossa
A private pool for Casa Milena
A central shared pool for all other units (the main rectangular pool)
At the center of the property, the former loft / common space has been transformed into La Serra, the on-site restaurant—perfect for group dining, events, and catered functions.
All units can be booked either with breakfast included or as accommodation-only, depending on guest preferences.
Guests also have access to:

For last-minute bookings (within 45 days of arrival, unless stated otherwise in the reservation policies of the property) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
EASY RESERVE reserves the right to charge the holiday-maker any additional cost relative to the booking. Cancellation of a booking, unless stated otherwise in the reservation policies of the property, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties must be paid:
- the percentage of the total rental amount paid at the time of the booking as initial deposit if the cancellation is made from the booking time to 46 days before the start of the rental period;
- 100% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to the day of arrival or in the case of no show.
