The first bedroom is equipped with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and benefits from an adjoining bathroom with a bathtub and WC. The remaining 2 bedrooms are each furnished with 1 French bed of the same dimensions, measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and share access to a separate shower room and an independent WC. The kitchen is a compact yet well-equipped space that also opens onto the balcony, extending the living area to the outdoors and making the most of the apartment's south-facing orientation.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
